Help - Account Access

DataMotion Direct requires proper authentication before granting you permission to use the system. Based on your login credentials, the system will then provide you with access to your account.

Login to your account

Access the DataMotion Direct login screen through you web browser.

The web URL for this login can be obtained from:
- a "message waiting" e-mail with an embedded web login link
- a "welcome message" with embedded web login link when your account was created by your administrator
- a web URL that your administrator provided to you

The drop-down box underneath this section will be set to Auto-Detect Language by default. However, the drop-down box also contains a variety of languages that the web portal can display pages in.
Type your DataMotion Direct Messaging Address in the User ID field.
Type your password in the Password field.
Note: If this is your first time accessing the web portal then you will have to make a password.
Click on the "Enter" button to login to the system.

If you cannot login to the system, click the "HERE" link in "Click HERE to reset your password."
