Forgot Your Password

DataMotion Direct provides a way for you to login to your account if you forget your password.  To accomplish this, you will need access to the e-mail address associated with your DataMotion Direct account.  Follow these steps to regain access to your account:

1. Access the DataMotion Direct login screen through you web browser.
2. Click the HERE link beneath "Not sure what your password is?"
3. Type in your DataMotion Direct Messaging address.
4. An e-mail message will be sent to you with an embedded web link.  Follow the instructions in this e-mail message to reset your password and gain access to your account.
